Professional Code of Conduct (Dance Teacher)

I think your bullet point on respecting the ethos of you co-workers is really important for the productivity of the class or workplace. I think disrespect breeds discord and nothing can be achieved under those circumstances.
Does this code of practice mainly represent the relationship between a teacher and parent, two teachers, teacher and child or all three?
